This picture does not do this door justice!  We had 3 custom made spanish cedar garage doors installed this week.  We used jack shaft openers.  Jack shaft owners mount to the wall adjacent to the door, not the ceiling thus eliminating most of the noise associated with the operation of the door..the doors are completely silent when they open.  These doors are beneath a living space so silence was very important.  Homeowners are happy…I am happy.
